This could have done by a postie.. well let me explain.
he had a few letters that he couldn't deliver (might have been no such address) and he has to put sticker on why it couldn't be delivered there is a tick box on sticker i.e. house bordered up no such address etc before returning to sender
so he ticked deceased and returned mail to sender.
he then turned round to me and said what does deceased mean?
